 1. How to be a distributor/agent of New Energy EVI heat pump? 

New Energy is looking for more distributors/agents in every country of the world.  Agency brand of New Energy or OEM serivce under client's brand are both acceptable. 

 2. What's price term.

EXW for sample, FOB Guangzhou for mass order. Also can quote CIF price. 

 3. What's the minimum order quantity?

The MOQ=5pcs, but we accept 1 or 2 sample order for test quality. 

 4. What's the term of payment? 

Normally we accept T/T or Western Union, aslo accept order placed from alibaba. 

If request L/C(for big order), then we need to further discuss.

 5. How long is the lead time?

For regular models, 10~20 days is ok; For OEM/ODM orders, there will be 25~30 days.

 6. How long warranty does New Energy provide?

3 years for household units,  2 years for commercial units. 

 7. If we have new design of heat pump, does New Energy can make such products? What's the MOQ? 

Yes, We provide OEM/ODM serice,but you need to provide us the techincial informations,and we can sign a confidentiality agreement with you.. Our engineers will design the whole heat pump according to the techincial inforamtion you provided, at same time we control the cost and price accordingly.

About MOQ,  it depend on how difficult of the OEM project is.
